Do you deliver abroad?

We will be quite happy to give you such a service. Before the start of the production we usually ask new clients abroad to pay in advance or to provide a bank guarantee.

I am looking for an item but can’t find it on your website.

Please contact us! In order to keep the offers clear, we do not illustrate all items we can deliver on our website. We will be happy to make you an offer for the product you request. Our profession is finding the optimal solutions for projects. We also are very capable of finding the best way to meet your demands for the products besides of textile.

Do you produce whole of your product range in your own facility?

If we are not an expert of the product which you request, some of them can be produced by our partner companies according to their expertise. We have a far-reaching & well-connected community which has been formed with strong business partnerships to give you the best service.

Can I order samples?

It is often difficult to order an item just with a photo, even if it has a high resolution. We will be happy to provide you a product sample. We don't request a payment for quality samples from our stock. If you request a customized sample for a project, we will inform you about the cost for it.

Do you provide private labeling opportunities?

Yes! We would be happy to place our products in custom packaging with your desired branding.

Do you have items in stock?

We mostly produce custom-made products. Since each product is different, each project also requires a different concept or a branding methode. If things have to move quickly, we can use items in stock if availabe.

Are there minimum quantities?

Most items shown in our website are deliverable in small quantities. We will be happy to make you an offer so please contact us. Special products and preparations will be manufactured directly in the relevant facility; for this reason, certain minimum amounts are necessary for these items, as indicated.
